Rafting in Kali Gandaki

Kali Gandaki is a medim sized river from where you can view a beautiful mountains and flows with a charming little villages. The exciting thing is that you find very less or no motor roads. Actually there are no pitched roads and its not a problem rather a beauty.  Peaks that is more than 8000m and challenges of rousing rapids gives you a new experience its a unique experience for rafters. While rafting you can visit temples also so the trip is not only adventures its cultural as well.

Rafting trip
Usually with a trip down to Pokhara, the adventure begins (either a half hour plane ride or a five hour drive). Then 40 km far, The put-in point is reached after a 2 and half hour drive the next day. Their you will really enjoy watching some birds. You can see the rapids decrease in frequency and the valley widens further down. Another interesting fact is you can see waterfalls having stalactite formations along the way.
